Having trouble?

  • Code not recognised: codes are case-sensitive and use only letters, numbers, dots, dashes and underscores. Check for typos.
  • QR code won't scan: clean the camera lens, add light and try holding the phone a little further away.
  • Image loads slowly: answer pages are full-size images; give them a moment on slower connections.
